New Delhi, 28th Sept: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday paid tribute to Shri Ashok Singhal, recalling his firm convictions, simplicity, spiritual commitment and dedication to social unity.
The Prime Minister also shared an article he penned in tribute to Singhal, reflecting on his life and thoughts.
In a series of posts on X, Modi described Singhal as “formidable”, while highlighting his strong convictions and simple way of life.
“Shri Ashok Singhal was formidable…firm in conviction and remarkable in his simplicity,” the Prime Minister wrote.
Modi said Singhal combined spiritual commitment with sustained organisational work and an unwavering commitment to social unity.

The Prime Minister also shared the article dedicated to Singhal’s life and thoughts as part of the tribute.
