Chandipur, 6th Aug: India successfully test-fired the Agni-4 medium-range ballistic missile from the Integrated Test Range (ITR) at Chandipur in Odisha on Thursday, marking another successful validation of the missile’s operational and technical capabilities.

According to the Ministry of Defence, the launch successfully validated all prescribed operational and technical parameters.

The test was conducted under the aegis of the Strategic Forces Command, which is responsible for managing India’s strategic forces.

The successful test of Agni-4 comes as part of India’s continued validation of its strategic missile systems and operational preparedness.
